La Grande Braderie - 1 September 2014

Each year, the first Monday of the month of September marks "la grande braderie", a one day street sale, when you can find great discounts from all the retailers in Luxembourg.

Thus,this year you can shop for bargains on Monday, 1 September 2014 form 8:00 till 18.00.

2014 music festival (Fete de la Musique) - the programme in Echternach

On the occasion of the music festival in the Grand Duchy, some concerts will take place in Echternach as well.

Thus, tomorrow, 15 June 2014, you can attend a variety of concerts. See the bands and the locations  here

2014 spring trade fair at LuxExpo, Luxembourg Ville

Open until 18 of May 2014. The entrance fee is 5 Eur/pers.

This year we were impressed by the number of stands with food (cheese and cold cuts) and wine. Fortunately, very few of those expensive furniture stands that took up the space in vain.

There is also a special section for electric motor vehicles (you can see the latest technology from Volvo, BMW, Renault, Mitsubishi, Smart).

Bretzelsonndeg 2014 in Luxembourg

This year Bretzelsonndeg will be held on Sunday, 30 March 2014.

Grab a bretzel and go to your loved one. If the sentiment is mutual you will receive back an egg on Easter day :).
