- 400 grams of strawberries (you can use frozen if you can't find fresh)
- 200 grams of fresh cream
- 3 spoons of sugar
- vanilla sugar
Make the puree from the strawberries mixed with vanilla sugar.
Mix the cream with the sugar until creamy.
Mix the strawberry puree with the cream.
