Potato salad - alternative recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:

• 4-5 medium size potatoes
• 3 eggs
• 2 spoons with olive oil
• 1 spoon with mustard
• 1 spoon with vinegar
• 1 red onion
• a few pickles
• a few olives
• pepper
• salt (if needed)

Boil and then peel the potatoes.

Mix the mustard with the olive oil.
 

Add the chopped eggs, onion, pickles, the olives and potatoes.

Add the salt, pepper and the vinegar and mix.

Very easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

• 4 big potatoes
• 100 grams of olives 
• 2 onions
• 2 eggs
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper

Boil the potatoes and the eggs separately.

Cut in small pieces the boiled eggs, the potatoes and the onions. Add the olives, the olive oil, salt and pepper and mix
