  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 4 spoons with sugar
  • 1 egg and an additional egg yolk
  • a bit of salt
  • Nutella or jam for the filling

Mix the yeast with 1 spoon of sugar.

Separately heat the milk and add the remaining sugar and the butter. Let the butter melt.

Beat the egg white with the salt.

Mix the flour with the yeast, the warm milk, one egg yolk and the beaten egg white.
Let the dough rest in a warm place for an hour.

Divide the dough in 10 - 12 parts.
Spread each part of the dough on the table and add the filling you want.

Cut the dough with a sharp knife like in the photo.

Roll the dough a bit on the diagonal, not straight and fold the ends in a circle.

Let the pretzels rest for half of an hour.

Put them in the preheated oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown.

Enjoy!
