Tzatzki - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr of Greek yogurt
  • 3 medium cucumbers, grated
  • 3-6 cloves of garlic, minced (according to taste)
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • salt


Mix all the above ingredients and put the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 days, so that the aroma of garlic and cucumber impregnates within the yoghurt.
