Trip to Syracuse, Italy - part 1

Syracuse, like almost all the others cities we've seen in Sicily, is poor and you have the impression the buildings will collapse any minute. 

Of course there is an old part of the town called Ortigia who is looking better, but even here the buildings have the same unkempt appearance.

But hey, who knows maybe this is the charm of the place.
