Trout with yogurt sauce - recipe, including photos

Ingredients:
  • 2 trouts
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1 small onion
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • polenta


Wash the trout. Cut the head and the tail of the fish. Spice the fish.


In a tray melt the butter and add the onion. Let the onion yellow and add the trout. Let the trout cook for a few minutes on each side with the tray covered.


Cut the garlic and the onion and blend it with the yogurt.

The fish and veggies made this special. Hmm, I haven’t seen anything like this in food stops. I’m definitely trying that one out. Where did you find this recipe? Did you come up with it?
