Ingredients for the dough:
Mix the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the baking powder (previously mixed with the milk) and the egg. Mix well!
Add the flour and the salt and mix until you obtain a non sticky dough.
Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough on the table and put it in a baking pan.
Let it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
Ingredients for the filling:
Boil the milk together with the sugar and the vanilla stick.
In another bowl mix the flour with one spoon of milk.
Separately beat the eggs for a few seconds.
Add the eggs over the milk and mix. Add the flour over the entire composition and mix slowly.
Add the warm composition over the cold dough and put it back in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for another 20-25 minutes.
Clean and cut the bananas. Spread some lemon juice over them.
Lay the banana slices over the tart and put it in the fridge before serving it.
