Cottage cheese pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 400 grams of cottage cheese
  • 3 spoons with honey
  • 4 spoons with flour
  • 2-3 spoons with sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • salt


Mix the cheese with the eggs, the flour, the honey and the salt.



Make little pancakes and fry them in the heated sunflower oil, about 2 minutes on each side.




When ready, sprinkle some powdered sugar above.
