Ingredients:
- 500 grams of pork
- 100 grams of fresh mushrooms
- 200 grams of lentils
- 50 grams of bacon
- 50 milliliters of white wine
- 5-6 shallots
- 4 spoons with bell pepper sauce
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 leek
- 1 spoon with mustard
In a pan, fry for about 10 minutes the chopped meat, the bacon and the chopped shallots.
Add the chopped mushrooms, leek and carrots, the wine, the bell pepper sauce and a bit of water if necessary and let it cook at slow fire for 30-40 minutes.
When ready add the pre-boiled lentils and the mustard mixed with 1 spoon of water. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
