Ingredients for 20-30 small donuts:
Mix fresh yeast with the sugar and the warm milk. Add the flour and mix.
Add the zest of half a lemon, the egg, the fresh cream and the salt and mix.
At the end add the melted butter and mix until well incorporated.
Let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough on the table and shape the donuts with whatever forms you like.
Cover them with a clean towel and let them rest on the table for another 20 minutes.
Heat the sunflower oil and start frying the donuts at medium fire until golden brown on each side.
