Hotel review - B&B Hotel Mora, Cluj-Napoca, Romania

On www.booking.com this guesthouse is advertised as a hotel, but in reality it's a 3 star guesthouse / bed and breakfast.

The room was clean, but very small and we had a noise in the wall all night. The parking is in the courtyard, at the back of the building and it's very small.

The breakfast was decent and the staff was helpful.

Most probably, during our next trip we will look for something else...

Botanical Garden in Cluj-Napoca, Romania - the exterior

The Botanical Garden is close to the city center and the entrance fee is approximately 1 Eur per person. We've been here in the winter but we've wanted to see the tropical greenhouses.

Eating out - Restaurant Roata, Cluj Napoca, Romania

In Cluj -Napoca we ate at Restaurant Roata (6A Alexandru Ciurea Street, 400019 Cluj-Napoca), close to the city center. The restaurant is hidden so you need a map to get there, but the effort is worth it.

The food was delicious and the total price was less then 20 Eur for 2 persons.

Main course: Mix grill

Dessert: Papanasi (Cheese donuts with fresh cream and jam)

Trip to Cluj-Napoca, Romania - part 1

One of the largest cities in Romania, Cluj-Napoca has a really nice historical city centre.

Walking around you could feel like in any other Austrian city. The only difference is that many of the old buildings should be renovated (soon, or else...).
