Today all shops are open in Luxembourg from 14:00 to 18:00, due to the traditional Mantelsonndeg.

If you don´t have a warm coat for the winter, now it's the time to buy it :)

Public transportation is free today, so you can wander in any direction to find the perfect coat ;) .

Never disappointed us. A big variety of food, artisan works and ... other things.

The town is crowded as always during this period, so be patient and keep it cool until you find a parking place :).

2013 Trier Handwerker Markt

This year's edition of the Craft Fair in Trier will take place this week-end, 6 - 7 July 2013.

You will have the chance to see / buy products from 101 craftsman in the Grand Region.

The fair will be held in the pedestrian area around Porta Nigra.

On Saturday, the event is held between 10 AM and 7 PM and on Sunday between 11 AM and 6 PM.

Mini statues of Karl Marx at Porta Nigra in Trier, Germany

An exposition focused on Karl Marx can be seen around the Porta Nigra until  26 May 2013.

The exposition pamphlet describes that the figures measure 1 meter high and are made in four shades of red, reddish and orange.

Those interested can buy one of these limited edition statues for 300 Eur.
