Homemade mojito - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:

• the juice from 1 lime
• 20 ml of rum (you can add more if you like)
• 1- 2 spoons of brown sugar (or honey)
• mineral water (to fill the glass)
• 1-2 cubs of ice
• 5 leaves of mint

Shake the mint leaves with the lime juice and the sugar (or honey).

Add the rum and the water and shake some more.

Add the ice and the drink is ready.

You can add some additional slices of lime or some mint leaves.

The food was good and the interior of the restaurant was nice. The prices were reasonable.

Being on a Friday night, there was also a guy who sang live.

It's about 1 km on foot from the city center (behind the Sports Hall - Sala Sporturilor).

Hotel review - Hotel Carpati, Baia Mare, Romania

The room was clean and very big. We had two bathrooms and a very nice bed :).

The breakfast was great.

Very close to the city center.

Free internet, free parking.

We would strongly recommend this hotel.
