Ingredients for the eggs stuffed with liver pate:
- 30 grams of liver pate
- 3 eggs
- 2 spoons of mayonnaise
- 1 spoon of lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
First boil the eggs and then cut each egg in two and take out the egg yolks.
Mix the boiled egg yolks with the mayonnaise, the liver pate, the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Fill in the egg whites with the composition above.
For the eggs stuffed with mushrooms you need:
- 3 eggs
- 1 big mushroom
- 1 spring onion
- 1 spoon of mayonnaise
- 1 spoon of juice lemon
- salt
- pepper
Mix the egg yolks with the mayonnaise, the chopped mushroom, the chopped spring onion, salt, pepper and the lemon juice.
Fill in the egg whites with the composition above.
Let them in the fridge for 1 hour.
