Ingredients:
Cut the chocolate and the butter in small cubes and put them to melt in a pot above another pot with boiling water ("bain marie").
Let it cool at room temperature!
Cut the white chocolate and the milk chocolate in small cubes and set them aside.
Beat the eggs with the brown sugar for 8-10 minutes until it doubles its volume.
Add the melted dark chocolate/butter over the beaten eggs and mix.
Mix the cocoa powder with the salt and the flour.
Add the flour/cocoa powder over the eggs/dark chocolate mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Finally add the chopped white and milk chocolate chips and mix until well incorporated.
Preheat the oven at 170 Celsius degrees.
Put the composition in a baking tray (25x20).
Cook the brownie for 20-30 minutes at 170 Celsius degrees.
