Corn flour pancakes - recipe ( including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 120 grams of corn flour
  • 35 grams of rice flour
  • 60 grams of yogurt
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 25 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons with baking powder
  • salt


Mix the corn flour with the rice flour, the salt and the baking powder.


In another bowl, mix the milk with the egg, the sunflower oil and the yoghurt.


Combine the two compositions and let it rest for 20 minutes .Fry each pancake at medium fire for a few minutes on each side.

Oatmeal pancakes - recipe

Ingredients:
  • 400 milliliters of Kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • half of a glass with oatmeal
  • half of a glass with semolina
  • salt
  • sunflower oil for frying



Mix the semolina, the oatmeal and the salt. Add the kefir, mix well and then let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge.


After 1 hour, beat the eggs for 3 - 4 minutes and then mix them with the kefir composition.


In a frying pan, add just a drop of sunflower oil and when the pan is hot add a few spoons of composition. It´s the usual process of making pancakes, nothing new in this phase :) .

When ready, you can eat them with jam or maple syrup.

Egg white pancakes - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 150-180 milliliters of milk
  • 150 milliliters of pomegranate juice
  • 120 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 egg whites
  • a few spoons with sunflower oil
  • salt



Beat the egg whites with the salt until fluffy.


Add the melted butter, the pomegranate juice, the milk and the flour and mix.



Grease the pan with a bit of sunflower oil and fry each pancake at medium fire about 1 minute on each side.

Be careful when turning upside down the pancakes because they are fragile.

Pancakes with cheese and honey - recipe (including photos)

 Ingredients:
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 150 milliliters of milk
  • 150 grams of fresh cow cheese
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 spoons with honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spoon with baking powder
  • salt

 Mix the cheese with the honey until creamy.


Add the melted butter and the eggs one by one, mixing well after each one.


Add the milk and the salt and mix.


Add the flour mixed with baking powder and mix.


 Fry each pancake in heated sunflower oil until golden brown.


You can eat it with honey, jam or different kinds of syrup.

Apple pancakes - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 150 milliliters of yogurt
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 3 spoons of cold milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 big apple
  • half of a teaspoon of baking powder
  • salt


Mix the flour with the salt and the baking powder.


Add the egg, the melted butter, the milk, the yogurt and the grated apple and mix.




Melt a bit of butter and fry every pancake for a few minutes on each part or until brown.

Baked cheese crepes - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 8-10 crepes
  • 250 grams of fresh cheese
  • 150 grams of fresh cream
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar



First make or buy the crepes. Here you can find a recipe of how you can make delicious crepes.



Mix the cheese with the raisins, vanilla sugar, the sugar, 1 entire egg and 2 egg yolks.


Put the composition over the pancakes and roll them or fold them like in the photos bellow.




Grease a pan with some butter and start adding the pancakes filled with cheese.





Mix the fresh cream with 1 entire egg.


Pour the composition over the pancakes.


Put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.


Take it out from the oven and add the remaining 2 egg whites beaten very well.


Put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until brown.
