- 22 spoons of wheat flour
- 14 spoons of sunflower oil
- 70-100 grams of warm water
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 450 grams of fresh cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 spoon of butter
- vanilla sugar
Mix 7 spoons of wheat flour with 8 spoons of sunflower oil and salt.
The composition has to be soft.
In another bowl mix 15 spoons of wheat flour with 6 spoons of sunflower oil and the water.
This composition has to be more solid, but not sticky.
Add the first dough over the second, roll it and put it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare the pie filling from cheese, 5 spoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, the eggs and salt.
After 30 minutes in the fridge separate the dough in 2.
Stretch the first and put it on the bottom of the tray.
Add the cheese, and another layer of dough. On top of the pie spread the butter.
Put it in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for approximately 45 minutes.
