Blackberry jam - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 550 grams of blackberries
  • 450 grams of sugar
  • 1 lime or 1 lemon

Briefly rinse the blackberries in cold water and let them dry.

Spread the sugar above and put the pot at slow fire.

When the sugar is melted, add the lime/lemon juice.

After it starts boiling, keep it on the fire 5 more minutes and then put the pot aside.

Let it rest overnight.

The next day boil the jam for another 30 minutes.

The "plate test" shows whether the jam is ready or not (a drop of syrup on a cold plate should be firm and should not slide off when you lean the plate).

Enjoy!

Frozen yogurt - the new cool thing in Spain

We tried it once and it was enough: the so-called yogurt was too sweet and artificial.

You can add various toppings: fruits, jam, different syrups or seeds.
