Pear and semolina pudding - recipe (including photos)

  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of semolina
  • 60 - 70 grams of sugar
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 3 pears
  • 3 eggs (not 2 like in the picture)
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • salt

Start by making the semolina porridge:

- in a pan boil the milk together with the sugar, the salt and the vanilla sugar.
- when it starts boilingm add the semolina and mix until thick like a pudding.

Let it cool.

Meanwhile clean and cut the pears. Melt the butter and fry the slice of pears for a few minutes.
Let it cool!

In the cooled semolina, add the eggs one by one and mix until well incorporated.

In a pan add a layer of semolina then the slices of pear. Continue until you finish both ingredients.

Put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 35-40 minutes.
