Greek tzatziki - recipe (including photos)

  • 250 grams of yoghurt
  • 50 grams of fresh cream
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon with vinegar
  • half of a cucumber
  • dill leaves
  • salt

Clean and grate the cucumber. Salt the cucumber and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Clean the garlic and grate it. Add it over the yoghurt and fresh cream.

Add the olive oil, the salt, the vinegar, the chopped dill and the cucumber (well drained). Mix well.

Enjoy! (it's usually better the next day, when all the flavours are well incorporated into the composition)
