Pasta with mushrooms and fresh cream - recipe (including photos)

  • 500 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 250 grams of multicolored pasta
  • 150 grams of fresh cream
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 spoons with olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • Grana Padano cheese

Heat the olive oil and fry the chopped onion and the smashed garlic for a few minutes.

Add the chopped mushrooms and let them cook until tender.

Add the fresh cream and some Grana Padano cheese and mix.

Add the pasta (previously boiled according to the instructions on their box) over the mushrooms composition and let it cook for another few minutes.

Add some Grana Padano above and...enjoy your pasta!
