Corn flour pancakes - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for 12-14 pancakes:
  • 300 milliliters of milk
  • 10 spoons with wheat flour
  • 3 spoons with corn flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spoon with sugar/honey
  • a bit of salt

Mix the corn and the wheat flour with the sugar/honey and the salt. Add the eggs and mix well.

Slowly incorporate the milk . The composition should be creamy-liquid as for the normal pancakes.

Heat a drop of sunflower oil and add some dough. Leave it for a minute on each side, or until golden brown.

Fill it with jam or honey and enjoy it while warm!
