Low quality hotel all around, no difference to the Ibis Budget, though it should be in an upper class category.

Hotel review - Ibis, Saint Malo La Madeleine, Brittany, France

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

In France, because of the low quality and high prices of hotels, Ibis proves to be very often one of the best bets.

The breakfast disappointing .... like (almost) always in France (see photo below).

About the breakfast - it's not that we are too demanding or fussy, but compared to other countries (Germany, Austria, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovenia) breakfasts in France and Italy are a joke most of the time.
