Somewhere in the middle of the Jutland peninsula. We used it just for a night's sleep.

Trip to Århus, Denmark

Compared to most of the other Danish towns, this one has managed to preserve some of the old character.

 

Trip to Frederikshavn, Denmark

It seemed like the biggest town in the northern tip of Denmark, so we stopped by to make sure we did not loose anything.

It's a shipping and fishing town, but from a tourist point of view, there's nothing about it.

 

Trip to Skagen, Denmark

The Northernmost part of Denmark, appealing to tourists mainly for its long sandy beach.

The eponymous village is also worth a visit.

Trip to Aalborg, Denmark

The largest town in the upper part of Jutland peninsula.

From what we've seen, it looks like the Amsterdam of Denmark (except the canals), so it's perfect for a week-end of partying.

Trip to Struer, Denmark

Worth it only if you vacation in the area and need a place to do some basic necessities shopping.

Trip to Lemvig, Denmark

We've seen this small town advertised in one of those tourist brochures displayed at the tourist information center.

The area seems to be particulalry attractive for German tourists, although we did not really see why.
