Well, Switzerland is a beautiful country but this bit of it ... better skip it!

Natural sweetener - lemon and honey mixture

Very easy to prepare and very good with tea or a glass of water.

Ingredients for a small jar:

• 1-2 lemons
• 10-12 spoons with liquid honey

It´s better to use honey from a trusted source (not from the supermarket) and organic lemons.

Peel off the lemons and then cut them in thin circles.

Add two circles of lemon in the jar, then add a few spoons of honey and continue like this until you finish the lemon and the honey.

It´t better to leave a bit of space at the top for the juice that the lemons will naturally leave in the jar because of the pressure from the honey, so don´t fill in the jar to the top.

Keep it in the fridge.
