- 2 kg of apples
- 7 eggs
- 300 grams of flour
- 450 grams of sugar
- 300 grams of cream
- 3 spoons of sunflower oil
- 6 spoons of hot water
- vanilla sugar
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Mix the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar.
In a bowl, whip the egg whites with 200 grams of sugar, then add the egg yolks, the flour, the hot water and the sunflower oil and mix continuously.
Pour the composition into a round cake pan and put it in the oven for 40 - 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile put the apples to boil with 100 grams of sugar and 400 milliliters of water. After the apples are ready let them cool.
Cut the cake in two and pour the syrup of the apples, all over the surface.
Add the apples, and repeat the process with the other part of the cake.
On top of the cake, over the apples add the whipped cream and, if you like, grated chocolate. Whipped cream is made from fresh cream, the whipped cream stabilizer and the rest of the sugar.
