Salted cheese biscuits - recipe (including photos)

  • 350- 400 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of yogurt or fresh cream
  • 150 grams of grated cheese
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 10 grams of yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • salt

Mix all the ingredients, except 1 egg and 50 grams of cheese, which will be needed later.

Let the dough rest for one hour.

Spread the dough on the table, not to thin though, spread the remaining egg and the cheese on top and cut it in forms, as you like.

Put them in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 160 degrees.
