Focaccia recipe (including photos)

  • 450 grams of wheat flour
  • 250 milliliters of warm water
  • 50 grams of olives
  • 50 grams of tomatoes juice
  • 7 grams of  yeast
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • salt (half of spoon )
  • thyme or oregano

Mix the sugar, the yeast and the salt with the warm water.

 Pour the composition over the flour. Add the olive oil and mix well. Let it rest for half an hour.

Spread some olive oil into the tray and add the composition.

Prick the dough with a fork.
Add 2 spoons of olive oil above, and the olives, the tomatoes juice and the thyme.

Let it cook for 30-40 minutes at 160 degrees.
