Nectarine cake - recipe (including photos)

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 nectarines
  • 4 spoons of milk
  • 150 grams of melted butter
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 350 grams of flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 lemon
  • salt

Melt the butter and let it aside to cool.

Mix the juice from half of a lemon with the baking powder.

Mix the eggs with the salt, sugar, milk, the juice from the other half of a lemon and the melted butter. Add the flour and mix until well incorporated.

In a cake pan set a layer of dough, then add a layer of the sliced nectarines. Repeat the operation until you finish the composition.

The last layer should be nectarines.
Put the cake in the oven covered in aluminum folio for 50 minutes at 175 Celsius degrees.
After 50minutes take out the aluminum foil, and let it bake for another 50 minutes at 170 Celsius degrees.
