Apple strudel - recipe (inlcuding photos)

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 100 milligrams of water
  • 100 milligrams of milk
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 1 kg of apples
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • cinnamon
  • raisins
  • salt

Mix the yeast with a spoon of sugar until creamy.

Mix the flour with the water, the egg, the milk, the butter, the salt and the yeast mixture.
Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.

Divide the dough in 3. Spread the dough on the table and add the chopped apples,1 spoon of sugar, the cinnamon and the raisins.

Repeat the operation with the remaining 2 pieces of dough.

Roll the dough.

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40-50 minutes.
