Broccoli and cauliflower creme soup - recipe (including photos)


  • 300 grams of cauliflower
  • 300 grams of broccoli
  • 120 grams of yogurt
  • 200 grams of celery
  • 50 grams of olive oil
  • paprika
  • fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Boil the broccoli, the cauliflower and the celery.

Use the hand blender to make the puree. In a separate bowl you can put aside few flowers of broccoli and cauliflower to add them later in the creme soup.

Add the salt, the pepper and some paprika.

Add the yogurt and mix.

 Cut in small pieces the set aside cauliflower and the broccoli and add them in the soup.

Add the chopped parsley and the soup is ready to serve.
