Beef salad - recipe (including photos)

  • 200 grams of beef strips
  • 100 grams of Greek cheese
  • 100 grams of olives filed with garlic
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 young onions
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • few spoons of grated Parmesan
  • 1-2 spoons with Aceto Balsamico vinegar
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • thyme

Heat 2 spoons of olive oil in a frying pan and add the meat.

Add the pepper, the rosemary and the thyme.

While the meat is cooking, chop the onions, the olives, the cheese and the tomatoes.

Add the meat and mix slowly.
Add a spoon of olive oil and one or two spoons of vinegar. Mix slowly!

You may spread some grated Parmesan on top.
