Multi colored pasta with chicken and peas - recipe (including photos)

  • 450 grams of pasta
  • 300 grams of chicken
  • 300 grams of tomato juice
  • 50 milliliters water
  • 50 grams of peas
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • laurel leaves
A fast meal, scrapped up with whatever can be found in the house.

Fry the chopped onion in the butter.

Add the chopped chicken and continue frying for a few minutes.

Add the tomato juice, the water and the spices and let it cook at slow fire for 30 minutes.

Add the peas and let it cook for a few minutes or until tender.

Boil the pasta and ... enjoy your meal!
