Pasta with sausage and tomato sauce - recipe (including photos)

  • 200 grams of pasta
  • 150 grams of sausage
  • 300 grams of tomato juice
  • 200 grams of cherry tomatoes 
  • 2 onions
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper
  • garlic (according to your taste)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • thyme

In the heated olive oil fry the chopped onions, the tomatoes and the bell pepper for a few minutes.

Add the chopped sausage and let it fry for 10 - 15 minutes, covering the pot.

Add the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and the tomato juice and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Separately boil the pasta as is written on it's packaging.

When the pasta is boiled, add on top the tomato/sausage composition over the pasta and mix.

Above, add some parmigiano and .... have a good meal :)!
