Ingredients:
Put half of the milk at slow fire and let it warm a little bit. It has to be warm, not hot!
Mix the warm milk with the other half of the milk. Add the fresh cream and mix until dissolved.
Put the milk in jars and cover them with a kitchen towel to keep them warm for a day or two. If it´s warm enough your yogurt will be ready in 2 days maximum.
