Ravioli ricotta e quatro formaggi - recipe

Ingredients for 2 persons:
  • 250 grams of ricotta ravioli (this time we bought them, but if you have time try to have them homemade)
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 100 grams of fresh cream
  • 100 grams of quatro formaggi cheese
  • 20 grams of parmigiano
  • 1 spoon with olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic

First, boil the ravioli as indicated on its box.

Heat the olive oil and add the chopped garlic. When yellow, add the bacon and let it fry for a few minutes.

Add the cheese and the fresh cream and mix until well incorporated.

Add the ravioli over the cheese mixture and mix for a few moments.

Serve it warm with parmigiano cheese on top.
