Ingredients for 2 persons:
In a mixer combine all the ingredients above, except the ribs.
With this mixture grease the ribs and put them to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
In an oven pan, add some cleaned chopped potatoes and on top put the ribs.
Bake them at 180 Celsius degrees for 45 minutes (or until the meat is tender) covered with baking paper (aluminum foil is not healthy).
When almost ready, remove the baking paper cover and let the ribs get a bit brown.
Enjoy!
- 2 big pieces of ribs (600-800 grams)
- 200 grams of tomato juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 spoons with bier
- 1 onion
- 1 spoon with mustard
- 1 spoon with honey
- 1 spoon with soy sauce
- 1 spoon with olive oil
- a bit of coriander
- a bit of thyme
- paprika
- pepper
- salt
