- 300 grams of flour
- 500 grams of apples
- 6 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 30 grams of butter
- 2 spoons of sunflower oil
- 3 spoons of hot water
- 1 vanilla sugar
After you clean the apples, cut them in small slices, add butter and sugar and boil them for 10 minutes at medium fire.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
In a bowl, whip the egg whites with the sugar and the packet of vanilla sugar.
Pour the egg yolks over the whites and mix them well together with the sunflower oil, the hot water, a pinch of salt and, to complete the composition, add flour gradually, while mixing continuously.
Pour the composition into a round cake pan.
And on top of that add the sliced apples.
Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
