- 2 spoons of cocoa powder

Mix the smashed biscuits with the melted butter and the cocoa powder.
Mix the egg yolks with vanilla sugar and 1 spoon of sugar.
Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar.
Mix the egg whites with the egg yolks and the mascarpone cheese.
Spread the biscuits on a tray and add the peaches on top.
Add the mascarpone composition and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
