- 4 eggs
- 170 grams of powdered sugar
- 90 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 spoon of baking powder
- the juice from half of a lemon
- few walnuts
Mix the melted butter with 70 grams of the powdered sugar.
Add one egg yolk and mix. Repeat the operation for the remaining egg yolks.
Add the flour and mix.
Add the baking powder which was previously mixed with the lemon juice.
Put the composition in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
Mix the egg whites with 100 grams of powdered sugar.
Add the beaten egg whites over the baked dough from above and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 13 minutes.
You can add some walnuts on top.
Ingredients for cream:
- 1 envelope of vanilla filling for cookies Dr. Oetker (we found it in Romania, so we do not know the exact name in English)
- 150 grams of fresh cream
- 200 grams of cold milk
- 20 grams of powdered sugar.
For the vanilla cream: mix 200 grams of milk with 1/2 of the vanilla powder. You have to follow the indications from the envelope.
Mix the fresh cream with the 20 grams of powdered sugar. Then add the vanilla cream from above.
Cut the cake in two horizontal layers.
Add the cream composition from above.
We had more cream so we covered all the cake but it's not mandatory to put the cream on the last lawyer.
Keep the cake in a cold place for a few hours.
