Apple tart - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for the dough:
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • salt

Mix the butter with the flour.

Add the egg and the salt and mix.

Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough on the table and then lay it in the oven tray.

Prick the dough with a fork.

Ingredients for the filling:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 apples
  • 200 milligrams of milk
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 small packet of vanilla sugar
  • cinnamon
  • salt

Add the chopped apples over the dough.

Mix the eggs with the milk, vanilla sugar, salt and sugar.

Add the mixture over the apples.

Add the cinnamon.

Put it in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.

You can use any other fruits you like.
