Rabbit with vegetables - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of rabbit
  • 500 grams of zucchini
  • 300 grams of tomatoes
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • olive oil
  • salt,
  • pepper
  • laurel


Cut the meat and the vegetables and put them in a pot. Add the wine, the salt, the olive oil, pepper, laurel and let them cook in the oven for 2 hours at 170 Celsius degrees.
