Ingredients for the dough:
- 200 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of butter
- 80 grams of flour
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 1 spoon of baking powder
- 100 grams of chocolate
- 3 eggs
- vanilla sugar
Mix the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla sugar until creamy.
Mix the melted butter with the cocoa powder.
Add the cocoa composition over the eggs.
Add the flour previously mixed with the baking powder and mix.
Add the chopped chocolate and mix.
Put the composition in the tray and let it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients for the glaze:
- 50 grams of chocolate (or 3-4 spoons of cocoa powder)
- 2 spoons of cream
- 2 spoons of milk
- 2 spoons of sugar
Mix at slow fire the chocolate with the milk, the cream and the sugar.
Let it cool.
Ingredients for the syrup:
- 200 milliliters of water
- 3 spoons of honey/sugar (or more)
We added the syrup over the brownies and then, the glaze on top.
