Chocolate muffins - recipe (including photos)

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 4 spoons of cocoa powder
  • 50 grams of chocolate
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 90 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • salt

Mix the flour with the baking powder, the bicarbonate of soda, the cocoa powder, the sugar, the salt and the chopped chocolate.

Mix the egg with the milk and the sunflower oil.

Put the egg mixture over the flour mixture and mix until well incorporated.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and put the dough in forms.
Put them in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
