Beginner's apple pie - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for a small pan:
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 spoons of sugar
  • 9 spoons of sunflower oil
  • 12 spoons of milk
  • 12 spoons of flour
  • 1 tea spoon of baking powder
  • salt
  • cinnamon

Mix the eggs with 3 spoons of sugar for a few minutes. Add the oil, the milk and the salt and continue mixing.
Add the flour previously mixed with the baking powder and mix. The dough should be thicker than the dough for the crepes.

Grate the apples and mix them with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.

In a baking pan ( 20cm / 20cm ) spread half of the dough and let it in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 Celsius degrees.

Add the apples and the other half of the dough and put it in the oven for another 30 - 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Enjoy!
