Mini doughnuts - recipe (including photos)

  • 450-500 grams of flour
  • 300-350 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 150 sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 milliliters warm water
  • 15 grams of fresh yeast
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • salt

Mix the flour with the fresh yeast (previously mixed with the sugar), with the condensed milk, the egg, the vanilla sugar, the water and the salt.

Let the dough rest for 2 hours.

Spread the dough on the table and make little forms. Let them rest in a warm place for another 30-40 minutes.

Deep fry them in the heated sunflower oil.
