Hungarian Isler cookie - recipe (including photos)

 Ingredients for the biscuit:
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of ground walnuts
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Mix the butter with the sugar until foamy.
Add the egg yolk and mix.

Add the walnuts and mix. Add the flour and mix until well incorporated.
Put the dough for a few hours in the fridge or for 10 minutes in the freezer.

Spread the dough on the table and make small round forms.

Put them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 6-8 minutes or until golden.

The biscuit should look like this!

 Ingredients for the glaze:
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 2 spoons with fresh cream
  • 1 spoon with sunflower oil

Melt the chocolate together with the sunflower oil and the cream.

For the filling you can use any kind of jam you like.
Put the jam on one biscuit and then another one on top.
Cover them in chocolate glaze.

I filled in some biscuits with the remaining chocolate and they were very good!
