Quiche lorraine - recipe (including photos)

  • 1 set of pastry sheets
  • 350 grams of fresh cream
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 5 eggs
  • a bit of butter
  • pepper
  • salt

Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius degrees.
Spread the pastry sheets on the bottom of a tray and let it in the oven for a few minutes or until golden.

Meanwhile  melt the butter and fry the bacon in it.

Beat the eggs for a few seconds.

Add the milk, the fresh cream, the salt and the pepper and mix.

Put the bacon over the puff pastry , add the milk/fresh cream mixture and put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden- brown.
