Caramel chocolate cake - recipe (including photos)

  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 4 small eggs
  • 150 grams of salted butter
  • 130 grams of chocolate
  • 15 grams of flour

Mix the eggs together with the flour for 5 minutes.

Mix the sugar with 9 spoons of water and let it caramelize at slow fire.

When caramelized add the butter and mix until well incorporated.

Mix the sugar/butter mixture with the eggs/flour mixture.

Add the melted chocolate and mix.


Put the composition in a pan (15 cm) and bake it for 50-55 minutes at 145 degrees Celsius.

Keep it in the refrigerator and take it out 30 minutes before serving it.
